Tasman Holiday Parks – Cairns Cool Waters is an exceptionally well-managed and rated property with over 4 stars for good reason. They are located in a quiet, convenient area of Cairns, only seven minutes drive from Cairns City and handy to all tourist and city attractions. Kuranda Rail Freshwater Station is a short two-minute drive and we are on the same road as the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.
Tasman Holiday Parks – Cairns Cool Waters is proud to offer guests an enjoyable stay in a truly unique tropical setting with a natural freshwater creek bordering most of the park. Wildlife is abundant with, many species of fish, turtles, the occasional platypus and colourful birds set against the backdrop of magnificent mountains.
They are fortunate to have the benefit of the caravan park entrance being on a major road but the park itself, in particular the campground, is situated on the creek, well removed from any road noise.

2 Bedroom Motel Unit (2BR)
This motel unit is ideal for a family or two couples looking for affordable accommodation. Sleeps up to seven people. Two spacious bedrooms. Main bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with two sets of bunks. One bunk has a double bed with single bed overhead, the other bunk is two singles. Air conditioning available in the cabin. Kitchen with microwave, full size fridge and oven. Dining table and chairs. Comfortable couch. Spacious bathroom with two basins. Undercover outside area with table, chairs and BBQ. Car parking right out the front.
Daintree Cabin (1BR)
The Daintree Cabins are all situated around the swimming pool. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Queen bed in a separate bedroom. Bunk bed built into the passage wall opposite the ensuite. Please note that the bunk beds are not full size single beds and best suited for children to sleep in. The living area is separate with a two-seater couch. Self contained kitchen. Undercover deck area out the front with a table and chairs so you can sit outside to enjoy the view.
Budget Coconut Cabin (Studio)
This self contained open plan cabin has an ensuite and is perfect for a couple travelling with a budget but enjoy the comfort of their own bathroom. Includes a double bed, dining, couch, air conditioner in the cabin, television, fridge, microwave and cooktop. There is an outdoor setting in the undercover area with parking right beside.
Budget Motel Room
This motel unit sleeps two people. Has a Queen size bed, kitchenette and its own bathroom.
Budget Coconut Cabin - Shared Bathroom
This open-plan cabin offers a shared bathroom and features a double bed, single bunk beds ideal for children, a comfortable couch, a dining table with chairs, and an available air conditioner. It also includes amenities such as a television, a fridge, a microwave, a cooktop, and an undercover area with an outdoor seating arrangement.
Caravan & Camping
The caravan and camping sites are situated to make the most of the picturesque surroundings with the backdrop of mountains and huge beautiful rainforest trees bordering the creek. They have large sites with and without slabs and beautiful creek frontage sites. These offer the ultimate place to relax on your holiday. Choose from: Powered sites with a concrete slab Grass powered sites ideal for bigger rigs Unpowered camp sites Pets allowed on sites upon request at time of booking. We can offer shade if required and most sites have garden beds in between to provide privacy. All sites have power and water and most have sullage.
